Also how do I create seperate identities and switch between them, so
that both my fiance's and my mail are not filering into the same

In the Entourage menu, choose Switch Identity. From here you can create a
new profile with entirely separate settings and accounts. This assumes you
and your fiance have separate email accounts.

Better yet, create a new User in System Preferences and use Fast User
Switching to go back and forth. If you use a new Identity you have to quit
all open Microsoft applications when switching. With Fast User Switching
you don't.

I have tryed this and it still just brings me back to the first
page.
