Sequence of categories

When I am in List View of my In-box, and have selected Arrange by =
Show in Groups = Categories, how can I selecte the order in which the
categories are displayed? For example, I want to pick my most commonly
used category and show it at the top of the list, and the lesser used
categoties, below that. There appears to be no option to accomplish
this.

No, categories can only be sorted alphabetically with the exception of the
"None" category, as far as I know. Your request here should be logged.
