Server connection failure

I'm running Entourage 2004 on a MacG4 -- have about 20 accounts set up,
and no problems -- nopw my default account won't send or receive --
getting server timeout/failed to connect Error: -17895

Can't figure out why this is happening -- have rechecked all settings,
deleted and re-created the account on the server (1and1) asd well as in
Entourage -- at a loss.

Any thoughts?
