Server Trusted & OLAP unable

Add the IP addresses with the corresponding Computer name
in your HOSTS file in the WINNT\System32\Drivers\ETC
directory on your PC.

Seems you might not have WINS enabled, thus you can't
resolve the IP address to the Host (Computer) name.

Thanks Vinh. I am trying this out with the network guy
here and will post my result in a few.

Thanks to Vinh it worked!!! I appreciate it very much.
However, I am still getting the Unable to access the
portfolio analyzer cube. Is this a separate incident.

Thank you so much,

The reason that the full Enterprise functionality is
available from the server, is that you ARE indeed
fulfilling the criteria of Windows
Authentication....Because you are logging on locally.

You are going to need some kind of Windows Authentication
to accss the Portfolio Analyzer.

You've got your Project Server set on "Allow Anonymous"
permission. Try changing the Anonymous User
("IUSER_SVRNAME") to a domain (where the Project and SQL
servers should now reside) user with OLAPAdmin permissions.

Thanks Vinh. What is your recommended architecture? I told
them that Domain was the best way to install project. I
have built the cube and can see it when I am logged into
webaccess on the webserver, but still can not see it at my
desktop. So, there is no way I can fix this? Appreciate
your insight.
