Service Pack II slows down the appearance of page setup and print.

I am a student a Westchester Community College in Valhalla, NY. Recently the
college installed MS Service Pack II. The results on page setup and printing
have been disasterous for Notepad and printing anything from the internet
with MS Internet Explorer. It now take 100 seconds just for the page set up
or the the print dialog box to appear!! Then it takes an equally long time
for the page to print out of the network computer. The staff at WCC says its
a Microsoft problem. Can you please fix this. Printing has become a
nightmare for me!!!
