Service Pk Download Failure

Unable to finish dowload . Error message says it can't find a file named
SKU111.CAB.
This file should have been included in software that came with HP laptop. I
don't have any installation CD's to refresh software.
Any suggestions ?

Get back to the supplier, without a CD your license might not be valid.
