"Service Unavailable" Error Message in Outlook 2002

Hi All,

Appreciate for your help here.

When launching an ASPX page that contains Microsoft
WebService Behavior 1.0.1.1120, within Outlook 2002, The
web service returns error "Service Unavailable".

But when there is no problem lauching from that aspx page
from IE 6.

I'd guess its to do with the security settings that your using for Outlook.
