Office 2003: When opening Word or Powerpoint, a blank document is
automatically created. When an existing document is opened in Word, this
blank document is removed. In Powerpoint, the blank document remains open and
is not replaced by the existing presentation. This behavior is inconsistent
and annoying, and should be fixed such that Powerpoint acts more like Word in
this respect.
