Set calculation type for all value fields in a pivot table at once

I know that a pivot table value field calculation defaults to sum or count
depending on the contents and whether there are any blank cells.

What I want to do is set all the values to calculate by sum - is there a
shorter way of doing it than right-clicking every value field in turn?
