Set computer to shut off

Hello,

I'm wondering how I can set up my computer to shut off at
a certain time or 30 minutes from now - similar to
the "sleep" function on a TV. I'm guessing that there's a
way to do it within Control Panel/Scheduled Tasks but I
haven't been able to figure it out.

I appreciate your feedback.
