set of formula to be copied on several files

I have 30 excel files containing the same type of data(ie
the depreciation for 30 years - 30 files containing
various assets and the no of line items also varies from
one file to another).

What I want is this...

I want a particular set of formulas to be copied on all
these sheets. This formulas include a vlookup for looking
values from another common file(ie the depreciation rate).

Can anybody help how to do this?
