Set up of two exchange mailboxes on Outlook03

Hi!

How can I set up a second mailbox on Outlook 2003? I
have my main mailbox but I would like to be able to
monitor activity on a second mailbox (for example,
through my Folder List window. Also, what are the
permission requirements on the second mailbox?

Your Exchange admin can create the mailbox for you, and grant you SendAs
rights to it. Then you can open it in Outlook.

But what are the procedures to add the second mailbox on
Outlook?

Click on Tools - Email Accounts - Select View or Change Existing email accts - Next - Select MS Exchange Server - Click on Change - More Settings and Advance - Add and type the name of second mailbox. See if it helps
