When I put in the server mail address [i.e. my.server.com/exchange] my
account started receiving messages right away. It pulled in nearly all
the messages that existed within my account. However, not it will
neither send nor receive messages. This is the error I receive:

The server did not recognize the recipients or the server refuses to
allow you to send mail.

Error: 5550

What am I doing wrong, or what can be done to correct this problem???

This is generally an indication that there is a typo in the e-mail address
field. If it's not exactly set to what the server expects, the server won't
send.
