If you have the languages installed and you have the control panel Language and
Regional options set for whatever language you want to use, then yes, you can do what
you ask.
I do not believe this is quite true if you start with a supplied
template.
You cannot select all and change language and changing one box at a time
will not change the rest.
It seems NEW text boxes will be in the language determined by the
"Regional and Language" settings but boxes in the original template
still have to changed one at a time.
The poster asked about text boxes and I assumed a new publication. Changing the
language in text boxes already formatted in another language would take a translation
program I think.
(Sarcasm) I know spoken American needs a translator.
Changing the language only affects the spell check if it is changed to
one of the many English variants.
Of course changing the language setting will not translate the contents
of the box.
But it is these little things like changing each box in a template that
confuse the uninitiated.
i noticed that when i use arabic language, which is right to left language,
the text int the drop down list of the report parameters appear reversed!
and i changed the langauage in the regional settings as you told, but
nothing happend, the text still reversed!
and i change the language of the report too, to arabic
but still the problem
can you help please
thanks
