Setting default Reply To address, and default color

My friend uses Entourage 2004 (latest rev) with 3 email addresses, all
set up correctly. However, she wants to always *reply* from only her
default email address. Is there a way to set it up so that, regardless
of which address a message comes in on, all replies always get sent
out from the default address?

I get how to make the default address, I just don't remember if
Entourage is capable of auto-changing to the default on all replies,
regardless of which address the original message was sent to.

Second question: same friend asked me if there was a way to set up a
default color font for all new and reply-to emails. I think the only
way is is through a trick, to set up a few empty spaces above the
default signature, making sure those empty spaces are "colored." But
is there another method?

Yes, this is an option in the preferences, under 'Reply & Forward' there is
an option to "always reply using default account"

Unfortunately not. That is the best work-round we have.
