I have a few clients with Mac OS X. I recently installed Entourage 2004.
When I go to Verify the Exchange Settings, I get:

"Unable to establish a secure connection to the server because the correct
root certificate is not installed"

The Server is a Windows 2000 SP4 Domain Controller with Exchange 2003 SP1
installed. Can anyone point me in the right direction of what I am missing
here?

Thanks,

If you connect to https: OWA on that server via a browser that supports
viewing the certificate chain*, and click on the Lock icon that comes up in
the lower right hand of the window, you can inspect the certificate chain
being used. It should tell you whether or not you have the root installed.
If the certificate is a self-signed certificate and it's not installed yet,
the browser should warn you.

AFAICT, IE 5.2.3, Safari 1.3.1, Camino 0.8.4 all do not have UI to show the
certificate chain used by SSL. Firefox 1.0 and Mozilla 1.7 both do.

I took a look from the Safari browser. The Certificate had expired. I need
to renew the certificate. Maybe that was the issue? I will give it a try.
Thanks for the info.
