Setting Entourage as Default Application

i am trying to setup Entourage as my default e-mail application. When i
click on en e-mail link in a webpage such as [email protected]
Safari opens Mail to create an e-mail in. i would like to use Entourage
but cannot find how to set it as default over Mail. I bypassed this
option in the initial setup but can not find any way to change. Can
anyone help?

Open Apple's Mail application, and then go to Mail > Preferences. Under
"General", next to "Default E-mail Reader", choose "Microsoft Entourage" in
the pop-up menu, and then quit Mail to save your selection.
