Setting Entourage as default vCard handler

How do I set up Entourage 2004 as the default vCard handler?
Right now each time I double click on a vCard it loads into the Mac OS X
address book

That's easy. Ctrl-click/right-click on a vCard in the Finder and select "Get
Info". There's a special pane in that window called "Open with". If you open
that field by clicking on the triangle next to it, you should see a dropdown
menu with Address Book selected. Click on that menu and select Entourage.
(In case you can't see Entourage, click "Other" and locate Entourage on your
HD) Afterwards, click on "Change All...", and from now on, Entourage will
launch by default if you double-click a vCard.

Drag a vcard to the desktop, select it and do a Œget info¹. You can now
assign entourage to be the app to open a vcard, and click the Œchange all¹
button to set it for all vcards in future.
