Setting Time in calender

When I set a time on a caledar event it sets it back 3 hours.

Make sure your time zone settings are correct. A detailed procedure for
doing so can be found on The Entourage Help Page. Make sure after you
adjust the time zone in Step 1 that you reset the local date and time if
necessary.
