setting up 2 addresses in one account

I have a home and business account with same settings. I have to set them
up as separate identities therefore having to switch to see if I have mail. Is it
possible to put them in the same account but to be able to view them
separately? I have tried doing this but they are pooled together and placed
all in the same folders so I do not know what mail is coming in to which
address...thank you

Yes, you can set up both accounts in the same identity.

Do this, then set up two incoming mail rules:

If: account is 'home_account_name'
Action: Move mesaage to 'Home_Folder'

And;
If: account is 'work_account_name'
Action: Move mesaage to 'Work_Folder'

Now, when you collect mail it will automatically be filtered into the
folders you define.
