Setting up 2 users in Outlook

Can I set up Outlook for two seperate users? I want each
one to have there own contacts list.

I'm running Windows XP home edition and Microsoft Office.

Then create a separate profile for each user, and make sure the Outlook Data
File is different in each profile.
