Setting up a group contact list

Anyone know how I can view my entire address book while setting up a group distribution list? When I go to New-->Group, it prompts me to manually enter each persons name, but does not let me select from my entire address book. New to Entourage and Mac, so maybe I'm just missing something simple?? Thanks.

Simply position the New Group window next to the Contacts list, and you can
drag and drop contacts from your address book into the group.
