Setting Up a Template for Frequently Used Email Text (Outlook 2000

Ralph

Hi,

I send out an email daily that has the EXACT SAME text in the subject line
and in the body of the email except for the date (which obviously is updated
to reflect the current date).

Is there a way to set this up to be ready for me automatically as a draft or
something somehow? Right now, i have the email text in a notepad file that I
cut and paste every day, but I'm hoping for some kind of time saving solution.

THANKS!!

Create a new message with the text (and any other attribute you wish, like
subject) and save it to your Drafts folder. Then, when you want to send the
message, open Drafts, right-click and choose Forward. Fill in the variable
information and click Send.

Thanks Brian, that'll work just fine! :)
