It is not a feature of Entourage, but you can use one of the methods

This is an amazing solution. However, when I did a test, the computer kept
sending the automated response over and over and wouldn't stop until I
clicked "enable" Any ideas?

Sounds like you were stuck in a loop auto-replying to your auto-reply messages.
