setting up Entourage for my Mac computers

Entourage X for Mac 10.1.1

I need help from some patient person whod like to help me setting up the
Entourage on my IMac.

I have inputed all the info as requested..
I have inputed one email address I use..
can i input more than one?

but then when it goes to send..it comes back unsent..

I called customer support..but because I can not identify where I have this
program from..they want to charge me $35 to speak to someone.

Can someone here help??

You should definitively update the system to the latest release
(10.1.5).
Make sure Office is also up to date (10.1.5 as well actually).

Yes. In Tools:Accounts, you can set up multiple accounts.
but then when it goes to send..it comes back unsent..

What type of account did you setup ?? POP, IMAP or Exchange ???
