I am at a loss. We have had network guys in here for days on end and no one
can seem to set up Entourage 2004 to work with Exchange server. Even though
it specifically says it is compatible. Can anybody help with this problem

- Open your web browser and connect to the wwebmail page on this server.
- copy the address you get there and use it as the adress of the mal
server on the Exchange settings in Entourage.

Does that work ??

I am having the same problem also, the webmail page makes no
difference. I can connect
via POP or IMAP but not through Exchange. We are using a managed
solution by a company called
hostedplatform. I think it is some with the way username/passwords and
domain is entered into
Entourage.

I'm also having the same problem WebDav and LDAP are enabled on
Exchange2003 and entering the username only detects the mail server on
the network but it just never syncs up no errors no messages just next
send recieve in 10 minutes in the bottom corner....

Iv'e seen that before and it was always due to inproper setup. Check for
an error somwhere either on the server's address, the username (and
domain) or the port.
