Setting up final file transfer to ISP on Microsoft Publisher

In Saving these files it requests that I fill in the Action box with a
program from my ISP or choose a different data retrieval method. I am using
iPowerweb as my host.

Under the Data Retrieval Method do I:
Save data to my ISP server
send it via email
use a program from my ISP

It also requests an Action: which shows a URL address (what/which URL
address?)
What Form/Method (if any ) ____Get or ____ Post

Do I need HIdden Fields and Item values?? If so what and how?

If you have FrontPage Server Extensions (FPSE) on the server then all you do
is enter the email address you want form data sent to. FPSE will do the rest,
all the processing is built in. You need to read the FAQ -

Only use the other form option if your host doesn't provide FPSE support. In
which case the host must provide you the URL of the form processor program
for your account. You then enter that in the ISP program setting. And you are
then responsible for programming the ISP form processor program to handle the
form fields.
