setting up projects with multiple due daes

I've just stared using Entourage and am really excited about the
Projects feature. However, my projects have multiple due dates for a
bunch of deliverables. Is there a way to specify multipe due dates?

Projects as a whole can only have one due date. You can create tasks within
the project though with different due dates.
