settings and travel

I'm looking for a way to share my entourage settings and folders
between two computers. I will be using the same user account. I want
the files, folders, and mail to be the same on my laptop as they are
on my desktop when I travel. Is there a way to share or sync these?

Yes, but you're not going to like this:
Copy the Entourage database to the same location on the other computer,

Now once this is done, it is virtually impossible to stay in sync
(though you probably don't change the settings every day, so if you have
all your accounts on either IMAP or Exchange you should be fine).

Use an IMAP account rather than POP. Because Entourage stores the info in a
database you cannot sync one database with another without rewriting the
entire database.

Simply put, a POP account downloads all new mail from the server to the
user's computer. In an IMAP account, everything is kept on the server. This
is especially useful if you use several computers and/or travel.
(Recommended as easiest option)

For other ways to 'sync' your data see this page:

ok I'll copy my Entourage database to my laptop. How do I do this. Where is the Entourage DB located? I tried Archive export but it didn't take my mail folders.

You need to copy the entire Microsoft User Data folder in Documents or your
Identity folder --> Main Identity.

The entire Microsoft User Data folder must reside on your laptop.
