settingup entourage notification

we work in a studio which uses entourage as its main email software.
I would like to set up a notification message once a week remiding the
studio of certain things which have to be done before the weekend....
i have looked into the event calander but am struggling to set this up
correctly? So far I have gone to the calander and created a new event
and filled in the message. I Then selected the invite option to allow
me to send this to everyones email in the studio, I then set the time
accordingly.
The thing is it asks me to send now or later?? I want this
notification to occor without an email sent just a notification at the
time I have set up.
I hope this makes sense?

Try setting up a task with a repeating schedule.
