When trying to install Publisher2003 on a WinXP pro SP1 machine that has MS Office 2003 std I get the following error: Microsoft Office Publisher Setup cannot Continue Because the installation source has been corrupted
This message appears directly after inserting the CD key
I have followed all of the steps in Knowledge base article 324853, but have had no joy
I have tried copying to the local hard drive and installing from there
I have tried installing from a shared network CD drive
I have tried installing from a CD copy on a shared network drive
This has occurred on 2 PC's that both currently have a version of office installed
I tried installing on a server system and the setup does get past the point where it stops on the other systems. As this works it when setup is run fron CD or from the network share it makes me think that the CD is not damaged
Any help to get this resolved would be appriciated

Thank

Gav (MCP

That was my next step
My client is some distance out of town. I need to go onsite before phoning support, as they will not help me when i am connected to this PC with remote control software (ie VNC).
As I need to travel some distance I thought I should post here and see if I may get some possible answers
Thanks for your prompt reply anyway Brain :)
