Hello,
Actually I have two questions.
The main question is: How do you set up Entourage to show all the messages
on an Exchange Server without every mail being downloaded to the Mac? I
tried to find that in the help files but could not find the appropriate
information. I have quite a lot of information in my account and to go
through all that in order to limit the size of the Entourage database is
quite a task (unless you do it in a crude way).
Until now I have used Outlook 8.2, server edition, on a Mac with OS 9, which
works pretty much straight forward. Is it possible to configure Entourage to
work in the same or a similar way?
Question 2: How can you set the default view for folders to NOT show the
messages in groups. I can imagine that a lot of people like this feature but
to my taste it wastes a lot of monitor space. I rather see the messages
themselves. Whether a message is of a specific date, from a specific person
etc, is already shown in the various columns and I don't need an extra
notification. To have the possibility to switch it on if needed is a much
better option to me. Any suggestions?
Kind regards,
