setup of office 2003

I've tried to install Microsoft Office 2003, but everytime
I attempt to install, I get the following message:

The SETUP.EXE file is linked to missing export
ADVAP132.D11:CheckTokenMembership.

Can you make sense out of this for me? The program allows
for 5 licenses, and we've only installed 2 so far.

What operating system are you installing this on? This message means that
one of the DLLs (ADVAPI32.DLL) is of an earlier version than is required.

Have you installed all OS Service Packs?

No... read the package that Office came in. It states that you need Windows
2000 SP-3+ or Windows XP or Windows server 2003.
