Another question from a non-administrator using an outsourced Exchange
service.
I'm currently a VPC Outlook user, but tried the new Entourage update.
I got to the point of getting all my "Outlook Today" folders - mail,
calendar, e-mail, tasks, notes - all in e-mail view. However, I can't
seem to get those non-mail items to show up in their Entourage
counterparts.
Relevant Account Setup:
- acct and id - same I use for OWA and regular Outlook login
- domain - same as I use for Outlook login
- exchange server - used Mi8's imap server per Mi8's suggestion
- smtp server - use Mi8's SMTP server with authentication (not working
to send mail)
- advanced tab - NO IDEA what to use for free/busy server, DAV with
SSL?
- ldap - not enabled for Mi8
I believe I should be able to get everything except GAL through LDAP,
correct? Any help anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated. I
don't know if I just did a simple tweak or if I just completely
botched the setup.
It'll be one less application I need to run through VPC or in Classic
mode.
Thanks!
