1. how i can customize the address books? Can i not create one customized
label for every telephone number i need ? It seems like the program doesn´t
let me add more that that 4 custom ones, and then, they appear in every new
contact, giving me no option for add as much new ones as i want, like in
ical.
2. how i can create my own sound set, with my own sounds?

Apart from those four custom number labels, no; you cannot create
additional labels or labels that are used for a limited set of
contacts. You _can_ put telephone numbers in any of the eight
additional "Custom field" slots that appear, two per pane, on four of
the contact panels. These, also, however, share the same label name
across contacts (if you change "Custom Field 3" to "Spouse's phone",
that will be the label for that field in every contact). But you have a
potential here for twelve different labels for telephone numbers beyond
the twelve standard ones: Home, Home 2, Home Mobile, Home FAX, Home
Pager, Work, Work 2, Work Mobile, Work FAX, Work Pager, Assistant, and
Work Main. That's TWENTY-FOUR labels you could use for phones, with
SIXTEEN of them limited to telephone number fields. How many different
kinds of phone labels can a person possibly want?

Allen Watson for your irony for to make one question after changing to
entourage. And yes, all the information you told i know, but i don´t use
tipical numbers like fax , work1, 2, etc. I use things like number in paris,
number in berlin, etc. If i use this custom label you´ve told in one contact, i
can not create new ones in the next. If you can not help me let it be, but stop
treat me like a child .
