Shading rows for easy reading of large reports

Hi

To make reading across this lengthy report easy (without
using a footruler) I need to shade one in every 4 rows.

The problem is that everyday I need to delete and insert
a number of rows before printing the report and the
shading will not be correct.

Can someone tell me how I could maintan proper shading,
ie "one in every 4 rows" even when the rows are deleted
or inserted.
