share contacts w/o Exchange on 1 PC 2 users

confused in Columbus

I have a new XP machine and set up multiple users with Outlook 2003. I want
to be able to share the contacts between multiple users and not have to
duplicate them. This is a stand alone PC with no Exchange Server involved.
