In your side
Right Click in your mailbox properties, go to the
permission add each user that you want access your
calendar, after that right click in the calendar folder
in your mailbox, go to the permission tab and add each
user that you want access your calendar.
In each user side,
Go to exchange properties, and open aditional mailbox and
add your email address.

I have problem i dont know how I share my calender with
another peoples (10) i want share my calender like is in
the lotus domino. In one calendar I see all appointment
all people.
