Shared Calendaring without Exchange

Hi,

We need the ability to share calendars, but my CEO doesn't want me to run
Exchange if possible (currently our e-mail is hosted by our ISP). All
clients are Outlook 2003. Is there a way to do this without Exchange? I
have googled and found some 3rd party tools that seem to indicate they can do
this, if that is the only way, anyone have any recommendations?
