We are using Outlook 2003/XP SP2/Exchange 2003:
The issue is that some contacts that are in one users address book do not
appear when viewed from someone elses Outlook 2003 using the shared contacts
feature.
For sake of explaination let me use an example. Let's say that Frank has
his contact list open and in that list I can see a company called M&M. When
I go to Scott's Outlook and click on Frank's contact list Scott cannot see a
listing for M&M. Double checking by walking over to Frank's machine and
clearly M&M is listed.
I thought perhaps this was special symbol issue so I changed M&M to M and M.
No luck.
I've tried copying a new entry for M&M into Frank's contacts from Scott's
machine and indeed by checking at Frank's machine I see the new entry but
neither the new or old entry are visable back at Scott's machine.
Needless to say this is really screwing us up. Does anyone have any clues
as to why this is happening.
Also so you know we rent our Exchange server via 1and1.com so we don't have
access to its setup.
Thanks in advance!
