Hello,
We have users that use Entourage to access shared mailbox account on our
Exchange Server. We can successfully access a shared mailbox using either
the Delegates tab or Open Other User's Folder. However, when the person
sends an email message, Entourage is ALWAYS tagging the from line with the
person's personal email address as in:
From: Shared (sent by John Doe <[email protected]>)
Our users don't want this personal info on the From line. Is there a way
in Entourage to turn this off?
I have a work-around of accessing the shared mailbox using IMAP but this
seems counter-intuitive. I would understand the "sent by" being present
when using the Delegate method. Why not give the end user the ability to
include or not include this "sent by" info.
