Sharepoint Database Connection w/FrontPage

Dear Friends,

I want to use fronpage to create a custom page to interact with data I
store in a sharepoint list. For example, I want to create a custom form
that lets the user select the year, type and other infromation and
click submit and have the custom page return some cacluations based on
the criteria.

Can this be done with frontpage, or do I need to use Visual Studio and
create an aspx application? If it can be done, can you be kind enough
to shoot me some example links?

Thanks in advance for your help,
-SJ

Noted, and thanks. Moved the site from another host, then didn;t look at it
again for a few weeks- when I came back, I overlooked that. I have now
removed the index.htm file and redirected all links to that page to the
other index.HTML (yahoo's preferred index page extension) file.

Still didn't fix the borders issue, of course. I did notice that when I
view files in Yahoo's online "File Manager" tool, that the _borders file is
there, but that when I am editing in Frontpage, the _borders folder is not
listed. This would seem a logical explanation for the "_borders/top.htm
does not refer to a page or folder in this web" message.

Perhaps a FP server extensions issue? Maybe somehow not applied to that
borders file? Any additional help would be appreciated. Thanks for your
time.

Jake
