Sharing address book between Outlook & OE

Can any one advise how can network users with different OS
and using either MS Outlook or OE to share a common
address book?

Hi JK,
if you dont use Exchange, you have to use Addins.
Look on www.slipstick.com there you could find some good Tools

Do you know of any other ways under Workgroup to share
common address book?
Slipstick concentrates on MS Outlook,
but I also have OE users.
