Sharing blocked senders list

Hello everyone,
We would like to compile everyone's blocked senders into one big list and be
able to share that list with everyone. I know you can import your blocked
senders into a text file and then let someone else export that text file, but
is there an easier, more efficient way to share everyone's blocked senders
than compiling everyone's blocked senders into a single text file?
