Sharing calendar between Entourage and Outlook

I have two users, one running Entourage 2004, the other running Outlook 2007. Can the two of them share calendar information? Both clients email is configured through Microsoft Exchange.

Yes, they need to set up delegations to make sure they have the
appropriate rights on the calendar of the other one.
