Sharing Calendars! HELP!!

B

Beth Eisenberg

Hi
I WILL NOT BUY A PC no matter how much my work partners hate on my mac. I
need to view my co-workers calendars. I also need to archive my mail
regularly. All of these things are terribly difficult. My office uses
Exchange 2003, and I have web mail access. I pull it into Entourage then
over to my MAC Mail.
I have all kinds of problems and the Microsoft help desk is a joke. I would
get more help from Applebees.
Any guidance would be helpful.
Thanks!
Beth

You haven't given us enough details to give you exact details.

What version of OS X, as certain answers will vary between different Macs
and Tiger vs. Leopard, etc. Including RAM helps when there are performance
issues.

I checked your message header and see you are using User-Agent:
Microsoft-Entourage/12.10.0.080409. You need to update.

Download the 12.2.3 updater.

Depending on what version of the OS, see this page for help archiving your
data. If you are running Leopard or Snow Leopard see the link for a third
party option to autoarchive.

AutoArchive Exchange Account to "On My Computer"

Move all e-mail older than 60 days from your Exchange account folders to
archive folders within the "On My Computer" folder tree.
