Sharing Calendars w/Outlook

Can I share more than one calendar in Outlook (configured through Exchange
Server). For example a have several departments within my organization and
want create a calendar for each section - is it possible to then share out
each calendar?

yes, the easiest way to do this would be within the Public Folders hierarchy.
