Sharing Calenders with other users inEntourage when using Exchange Server

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: intel
Email Client: Exchange

I'm using 2008 Mac Office for students. It works fine with Exchange Server. It syncs nicely without problems. However, I'm unable to view calendars of other users on Exchange who have shared their calendars with me. I can do this perfectly fine with MS Outlook 2007 Student Edition. Any suggestions.

You can't be using the Home & Student version of Office 2008 because it
doesn't support Exchange. You're probably using the Standard version.

What happens when you try to connect to someone else's calendar?
