Sharing Contacts (5 PCs) without Exchange

I am wanting to know the best way to share a company
contacts list between 5 PCs running Outlook on a LAN -
however, I do not have an Exchange server. All users to
be able to view or add/modify contacts in a central
contacts folder.

Please advise.
