Unless I'm reading this wrong, the solution will only allow you to add
one other users address book. Is it possible to add multiple address
books?
Thanks

'Sue Mosher [MVP-Outlook said:']The process of adding another user's Contacts folder to your own
address
book display is somewhat involved. You will need to be able to create
-- at
least temporarily -- an Outlook profile that opens another user's
mailbox as
the primary mailbox. Proceed with these steps while logged in under
your own
Windows account, not the other user's:
1. Create an Outlook profile that connects directly to the other
user's
mailbox, not your own, and start Outlook with that profile.
2. On the Properties dialog for the other user's Contacts folder, make
sure
that it's set to display in the Outlook Address Book and give it a
display
name other than contacts, such as Joe's Contacts.
3. Close Outlook.
4. In Control Panel | Mail, edit the *same profile* (i.e. the one from
Step
1) to change the mailbox from the other user's to your own.
5. Still working with the same profile, on the Advanced tab of the
Exchange
Server service, add the other user's mailbox as a secondary mailbox.
6. Restart Outlook, and you should see the Joe's Contacts in your
Outlook
Address Book as well as your own Contacts folder.

An answer to any of the 4 questions will save me a lot of work. All
questions refer to this issue:
User A is a delegate for managers B,C,D &E and has access to their
contacts.
Q1.
Can I get MULTIPLE contact lists to appear in the TO: show names from
list? I see solutions in the forum for one user but not multiple
users.
Q2.
Is it possible for user A to selecte multiple names from a managers
contact list to put into an email.
Q3.
Getting desperate! I could copy the managers contacts lists into user
A's mail folder and user A would then be able use see in the 'show
names from list' box. Is it possible to link these copies so when
managers update their contacts, user A's copy also gets updated.
Q4.
If I copied the contacts as above and it is impossible to to link
them,
is it possible to create a macro in Outlook that can do the copying
for
user A so she can update the contact lists in her mail folder easily?
Thanks.
